Kiana Phillips
Becoming an educator opened my eyes to the struggles many young girls face — from trauma and low self-esteem to simply not feeling seen or supported. Their stories mirrored my own, and I knew it was time to stop running from my calling to mentor and uplift.
Throughout my career, students naturally leaned on me for encouragement and guidance, confirming what I already felt in my heart — that my purpose was to pour into the next generation. My own journey with self-worth and emotional growth inspired me to create She Evolves, a safe space where young women are truly seen, heard, and empowered.
Lives We Impact
Our organization serves young girls ages 13 to 21 who may be struggling with self-esteem or confidence, navigating trauma or difficult life circumstances, or feeling unseen, unheard, and undervalued. We exist for those who desire personal growth and positive change and need a safe, supportive space where they can simply be themselves. We are here for the girls who know they were created for greater things, yet need guidance, mentorship, and community to help them confidently step into the fullness of their purpose.
